Hi, II'm Shama, and I have been a photographer since I picked up my Dad's old Pentax 35mm, when I was about 4 or 5. Since then, I have been drawn in to the photographic arts over the course of my lifetime. No, it's not my day job (despite being a joker, I'm in HR), but I have spent years in fine-tuning my abilities to be one with the camera! I have been inspired by some of the greats: Ansel Adams and the composition of his work, how Annie Leibovitz injects feeling into her work, and the vibrant colors in Peter Lik's art; all of these artists have influenced my way.

Most importantly, I am inspired by people and their stories. This has helped me to be successful in my day job, and it helps me understand my subjects to bring out the best images we can create together. Sure, there are a million other photographers out there, but I'll guarantee that we will create smiles and have fun along the way!
